#4: Coldstone Creamery #Giving Back
Case Study: Cold Rush – A coldstone creamery store located in Lagos Island had noticed a decline in customer numbers and our campaign involved giving away discount cards on YouTube, Facebook and twitter SM channels.
Campaign CTA: At a particular time of day for one month, both discount and free gift vouchers were given away to people who could answer the ice-cream related questions of the moment. The winners were individuals targeted were residents within 10 kilometers of the coldstone creamery store.
Result: This exercise increased customer numbers in the stores and also had 50% retention rates for the newly converted customers.
